The owners served
this to President George Bush and Speaker of the House, Tom Foley on Sept.
18, 1989 at Patsy Clarks. It’s their own recipe, a ten ounce New York
and the famous, Jack Daniel’s Whiskey Sauce. Served with Asiago
potatoes au gratin.

Grilled ten ounce Choice New York steak topped with melted blue cheese,

Wild Alaskan salmon fillet, grilled and layered with a tomato horseradish

House-made meatloaf stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, green peppers, onions
and pesto. Topped with mozzarella cheese, tomato cream sauce, and

Sesame crusted Ahi tuna, cooked to medium rare, laid over a bed of wild
rice pilaf and mandarin orange buerre blanc. Garnished with our five
